1. Shipping Policy: For a speedy delivery process, please verify your address twice. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses. Note that delays may also occur (especially during busy seasons or holidays) so please allow some extra time for the delivery. All orders are tracked, to track your package, please refer to the email sent to you.
2. Refunds & Returns Policy: Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Due to sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept any type of returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have an issue with your order upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible! Customers are responsible for ensuring receipt of the package or sign the package upon delivery.
3. Missed deliveries: If a delivery attempt is missed, the shipping carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup. Customers are responsible for following these instructions to receive their package.
4. Returned packages: Packages returned to us due to the customer's unavailability or failure to sign will incur additional shipping charges for reshipment. Alternatively, a refund can be issued minus the original shipping cost.
5. International orders: The purchaser is responsible for any import fees, international tax and duties import. Ecstasy Jewellery is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. We do not have control over the customs.
