YES, you can shower with them! However, it is highly recommended to rinse them afterwards with clean water (or jewellery cleaning solution if possible) to keep your jewellery lustrous, polished and to reduce any built-ups. However, 18k gold plated jewellery are recommended to be taken off before showering to keep the yellow gold color.
